These terms govern your use of Playucator and the classroom materials it generates.
The service
Playucator is a free, teacher-facing tool that generates draft classroom games and printable materials. No account, subscription, payment, or purchase is currently required.
Teacher review is required
AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or inconsistent. You must review and adapt every instruction, answer, image, safety requirement, accessibility need, and age-level assumption before classroom use.
Permitted use
You may use and adapt downloaded materials for your own teaching, classroom, or school activities. You may not resell generated files as a standalone product, misrepresent Playucator output as professionally verified, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Safe and lawful inputs
Do not submit student names, sensitive personal data, confidential school records, illegal material, harmful instructions, malware, or attempts to bypass service protections. You are responsible for having the right to provide the information you enter.
Availability
The service may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. Generation can fail or take longer because it depends on third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every requested game can be produced.
Intellectual property
Playucator's website, branding, interface, and original software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights in AI-generated output may vary by jurisdiction, and we do not guarantee that any output is unique or eligible for exclusive protection.
No professional advice
Playucator does not provide legal, medical, safeguarding, curriculum-certification, or special-education advice. Generated materials are drafts for professional teacher review.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Playucator is not responsible for classroom decisions made without appropriate teacher review. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service changes. The date shown on this page identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to future use.
